At first glance, Olivia appears as a numbers person, but as you get to know her, the perception that she’s all about numbers quickly fades away. What truly lies beneath is a people person, through and through. Thanks to her Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas, she has successfully taken hold of the financial helm of Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty for since 2008.
Olivia is deeply interested in and profoundly affected by, the incredible people around her at Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty. What she’s most proud of about the company isn’t any sort of outward recognition or accolades it has received, but rather the agent-driven culture.
She’s found that when the agent feels valued and appreciated, has everything they need, and are part of a great company culture, they’re going to do whatever it takes to make the client happy.
