Carla is proof that a person can fully harness the strength of being themselves when they receive support from those around them. Since she takes to analyzing numbers like a duck to water, most would naturally assume her position as an accountant is her favorite part of working at Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty, but as it turns out, that’s not the case.
What she appreciates most is her incredible colleagues. Having worked for years at large corporations and a CPA firm, she had a lot of experience working with “other companies”. The treatment she received time and again left her feeling like an outsider, as though she didn’t belong. Carla was overwhelmed by the welcome and support at Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty. She knew immediately that this place was different, with owners that truly care about their team.
Now, she doesn’t ever want to leave. Being appreciated as an individual is what motivates her to give 100%, day in and day out.
