Jennifer Lindgren REALTOR®
Jennifer received her Real Estate license in 1996 and first started working in the new construction industry. She gained valuable skills while working in this particular industry. She learned a lot about construction and the building process. While working directly with the builder she was able to help people in all walks of life. Jennifer enjoyed working with loan officers, other Real Estate professionals and she even managed a new construction team. Although, she still says her favorite part was getting to help the customers that she was able to work with!
In 2001, Jennifer and her husband Bob bought a small family business in Minneapolis. Minnehaha Falls Nursery and Landscaping was the name and with the success of the business Jennifer left Real Estate to help her husband run the day to day operations. Jennifer and her husband ran the business successfully until 2019 when another small business offered to buy the property. Owning a small business comes with highs and lows but once again their customers and the people they formed relationships with were her favorite part.
After selling their business in January 2019, Jennifer wanted to get more involved in the community. There was a growing problem with homelessness in the Twin Cities and she thought she would try to help. Jennifer started working with people who have mental and physical disabilities, along with people with brain injuries. She learned a lot from this experience and believes it had a profound influence on her life. Jennifer continues to have a passion for volunteering and helping people find stable housing. Jennifer always tries to make a positive impact on the people she comes into contact with and it is evident in the amount of lasting relationships she has made.
In the fall of 2019, Jennifer decided to get back into Real Estate. She joined forces with her brother, Tom Fleetham at Lake Sotheby's. Jennifer and Tom hope to provide their customers with the best services possible and believe they make a great team.
When Jennifer is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, three boys, nephew, dad and brother. Family is at the core of everything Jennifer does and is very important to her. Living in the Twin Cities provides plenty of options to spend one’s free time and she enjoys being with family and friends, particularly at the various lakes we have in our cities!
