Jim Schwarz has lived in Chanhassen, Minnesota for 21 years and has been working in the Twin Cities real estate market for nine years, joining Lakes Sotheby's International Realty in 2011. He was previously with Edina Realty for seven years. Jim is an experienced real estate and business professional with the following designations: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Relocation Specialist and CPA (Inactive). He's passionate about real estate and known for providing exceptional service, creative marketing programs, and for ultimately getting results. Jim works with both buyers and sellers of residential real estate, but also has significant experience with corporate relocation, vacant land, working with builders, investment properties and property management.

Jim is a long time active member of the Chanhassen Rotary Club and Westwood Community Church. He currently resides in Chanhassen with his wife and two children. He graduated from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, with degrees in Finance and Accounting.
