Since then, he's seen the pendulum swing from a real estate market that heavily favored buyers (think lowball offers, high inventory, deeply discounted properties), to the extreme seller markets we've seen over the past few years. Through it all, Eric has offered his clients a steady hand and professional, honest counsel. With 8 years’ experience (ask him and he'll tell you it feels a lot longer, considering the grind of those early years), Eric's clients benefit from his broad perspective and skill set, marketing savvy, strategic approach, and attention to detail.

Having grown up in Apple Valley and lived in several communities across the Twin Cities including Minneapolis, Plymouth, Edina, St. Louis Park and Prior Lake, Eric has first-hand knowledge along with the tools and systems to deliver value for his clients regardless of location (and it shows; Eric has sold property in 26 cities across six counties). Eric is also an expert in the Minneapolis & St. Paul loft & condo markets, with a focus on first-time buyers and empty nesters looking to downsize.
