Joe Wahl has been a licensed Realtor® in Minnesota specializing in Southwest Minneapolis and the surrounding suburbs since 2002. He is a lifetime resident of Southwest Minneapolis, giving him exceptional neighborhood knowledge and genuine homeowner insight about the local market.
Wahl is graduate of the Realtor® Institute and a member of the Minneapolis Associaton of Realtors®. He was previously a top producer at Edina Realty, where he reached the President's Circle four years running, placing him among the very best real estate professionals in the company. Wahl was named a "Super Real Estate Agent" in 2007 & 2008 by Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine.
Wahl is also very knowledgeable in the Naples, Florida real estate market. Sotheby's extensive referral network allows him to match up buyers and sellers with top agents in that area. Wahl attended the University of Minnesota on an Evans Scholarship, earned while caddying at the Minikahda Club in Minneapolis. He worked as a golf professional for 10 years following college and counts golf, tennis and biking among his favorite activities.
In the the fall of 2006, Wahl joined Lakes Sotheby's International Realty, the premiere luxury brokerage in the Twin Cities, as a sales associate in the Edina office.
