A native of Minneapolis, is an area specialist that has practiced real estate in the Twin Cities for over 5 years. Jenny prides herself in the outstanding customer service that she offers and moreover, the high number of client referrals she receives because of her diligence. A long term member of the Minnesota and Minneapolis Association of REALTORS®, Jenny has a love for the real estate business and truly appreciates the client relationships that form thereof.

 

With a degree in graphic design and having worked in the graphic arts industry as well as for large companies such as General Mills, Jenny carries with her many attributes that contribute to the success of Nelson², her real estate team with husband, Seth Nelson. These attributes include; marketing tactics and design, performing comparative market analyses, contract preparation, and smoothly getting transactions to the end. Jenny is also co-owner in Nelson² Properties, LLC, a design and build firm in Minneapolis that builds and renovates luxury homes throughout the Twin Cities. Much of Jenny’s passion for design and real estate shines through in the investment projects that Nelson² Properties performs every year, offering buyers turn-key luxury homes.

 

Jenny, along with her husband Seth Nelson (also a sales associate with Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty) and dog Bella reside in Southwest Minneapolis. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys recreational activities around the Minneapolis lakes, vacationing, entertaining, and simply enjoying a relaxing glass of wine. Jenny Nelson joined Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty in June of 2008.
