A native of the Twin Cities, Seth Nelson has had a passion for real estate and architecture growing up and has been an active salesperson for over 5 years specializing in the south/southwestern areas of Minneapolis and surrounding communities. A long term member of the Minnesota and Minneapolis Associations of REALTORS®, Seth has extended his experience in real estate by acquiring his real estate Broker’s license and running his own brokerage, Nelson² Realty, a boutique Minneapolis-based real estate firm.

 

Having studied graphic arts and marketing, Seth has an evolving love for design and channels much of his talent and energy to Nelson² Properties, LLC, a small design/build company that specializes in the remodeling and building of homes throughout the Twin Cities. Seth and his wife Jenny, also with Nelson² and Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty, along with their puggle, Bella, resides in Southwest Minneapolis and enjoy the many activities that the lakes of Minneapolis have to offer. Between biking, golfing, bocce ball and physical training, Seth and family enjoys taking the time to entertain family and friends and like to travel, especially to Mexico, where the two were married on the beach. As family is a very integral part of Seth’s life, he believes that home is where the heart is and enjoys having the opportunity to make a large impact in his client’s lives. Seth Nelson joined Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty in June of 2008.
