Jacob Smith has been working in the Twin Cities real estate market for twelve years.  Jacob is the company Broker and manages the Edina and Wayzata offices.  He holds his license in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.  Jacob plays an integral role at Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty working closely with sales associates and clients on achieving their goals.

Smith also likes to travel and has spent time studying abroad in Växjö, Sweden at Växjö University. He graduated from the University of Minnesota – Duluth with a double major in marketing and communication. Jacob also has a mini MBA in Real Estate from St. Thomas University and in 2006 he received his certification in Integrity Coaching for Sales Professionals. Smith currently resides in Edina with his wife and two sons.
